From Hwy 20 East After crossing the Julien Dubuque Bridge, turn right and stay in one of the two left lanes. Go straight through the stoplight (do not veer right). You are on Locust Street. Continue on Locust to 4th Street, and you'll find the Five Flags Center on your right. From Hwy 20 West (Dodge Street) Go west toward the Julien Dubuque Bridge. Stay in the left lane and turn left onto Locust Street. Continue north on Locust until you reach 4th Street. Five Flags Center will be on your right. Follow Pennsylvania for 0.5 miles and turn right onto Radford Road. Proceed on Radford for 0.5 miles and turn left into the Roosevelt Middle School parking lot. From Hwy 20 West Turn right onto Highway 32 (NW Arterial). At the second stoplight (Pennsylvania Ave.), turn left. Follow Pennsylvania for 0.5 miles and turn right onto Radford Road. Jefferson Middle School1105 Althauser St, Dubuque (Click for Google map)From Hwy 20 East/West and Hwy 61/151 South Follow signs to Highway 52 North. This is White Street, one-way going north through downtown. At 20th Street, keep in the right lane and continue to 22nd Street, turn right. Follow 22nd to first stoplight. Turn left onto Windsor Avenue. Three blocks past Sacred Heart Church, take a right on Merz (steep, looks like an alley). Jefferson is at the top of the hill on your left. Before the top of the hill, turn left onto Viola Street and enter the parking lot at the back of the school on your right. From Hwy 61/151 North Take exit for 11th Street. Go west (away from river) on 11th St., and then turn right on White St. (Hwy 52 North). At 20th St., keep in the right lane and continue to 22nd St., turn right. Follow 22nd St. to first stoplight. Washington Middle School51 North Grandview Ave, Dubuque (Click for Google map)From Highway 20 East Take Grandview Avenue exit off of Highway 20 (Dodge Street). Grandview Avenue is approximately 1 mile from the Mississippi River. After exiting, DO NOT TURN ONTO GRANDVIEW AVENUE. Instead, continue through the stoplight to the next light and turn right onto Lombard St. Enter the parking lot at the back of the school off of Lombard. From Highway 20 West Take Grandview Avenue exit off of Highway 20 (Dodge Street). You will see the school from Highway 20 on your left. After exiting, DO NOT CONTINUE TO GRANDVIEW AVENUE. Instead, go to the first stoplight and turn left onto Freemont Ave. Continue through the next light where Freemont becomes Lombard Ave. Enter the parking lot at the back of the school off of Lombard. From Highway 61/151 and 52 North Follow signs to Highway 20 West (Dodge Street). Travel west on Highway 20 (away from the river) and take Grandview Avenue exit at the top of the hill. Travel on North Grandview Ave. approximately 1.25 miles. Turn right on Clarke Drive. You will see Senior High School on your right. A large parking lot is on the northwest side of the school just before the Clarke Dr. and W. Locust St. intersection. From Highway 61/151 and 52 North Follow signs to Highway 20 West (Dodge Street). Travel west on Highway 20 (away from the river) and take Grandview Avenue exit at the top of the hill. Turn right onto North Grandview Ave. and continue approximately 1.25 miles. Colts CenterThe Colts Center is a light brick building located on the corner of 11th and Central. (Click for Google map)From 52 North Once in the city Hwy 52 N is Central Ave. Continue on Central to the corner of 11th St. The building is on the right. From 52 South Go straight through the bridge intersection and stay on Locust Street to 11th Street. Make a right turn onto 11th Street. Cross Main Street, Iowa Street and the Colts Building is on the left corner of Central and 11th. From North 151/61 Take the 11th Street exit after coming off the Wisconsin Bridge. Staying in the right lane follow 11th Street to Central Ave and you will see the Colts Building on the right. From East Hwy 20 After crossing the bridge, turn right and go straight through the stoplight (do not turn right. You are on Locust Street. Go to 11th Street, turn right onto 11th Street.
