  I am a marketing student at the University of Illinois....I teach cymbals here...I also teach percussion at a few schools in Ohio. I would like to end up working with Sabian up in Canada... in their marketing division...that way I can still stay involved with cymbals and make a decent living doing it. I have found that with the cutting edge of Cymbal lines across the nation, for someone like me that loves the art, visual, and musical aspect of cymbal playing...finding a steady job is difficult. So I figured I would go right to the heart of the matter and just work where they make the darn things....:-)

  Hey gang! I hope everyone's doing well. I graduated from the University of Oklahoma with my BBA in Information Systems Management. I completed teaching at OU after three years as well (as part of an undergrad assistantship) and was also the mascot for the men's basketball team (even had the chance to go with them all the way to the Final Four last year). I'm currently employed by a private financial firm here in Oklahoma City. With the job, I travel all over the US installing, supporting, and consulting with some of our firm's software. Although I'm not doing anything related to drum corps or music in general, I'm in the process of sponsoring two members of corps from Oklahoma. I hope everyone is well. My email address is well.   I had a great summer in '93. Thanks to everybody who made it happen. I still think we got robbed, but hey, we made the finals. I have a degree in Philosophy (fat load of good that did me), and I'm currently working on a degree in English Education. I live on the Illinois side of St. Louis, and I look forward to seeing some drum corps this summer.

  I'm currently media director for First Baptist Church, Bentonville, Arkansas after working for 8 years in video production for Wal-Mart Corporate Headquarters. I've been married for 6 years to Jacquie, and we have 2 girls, Autumn (5) and Summer (2).

  My husband Doug and I now live in Kansas City, Missouri. I recently graduated with my Master's in Speech Language Pathology and am working as a Speech Pathologist in the Kansas City area. I am an advocate for pet therapy and better communication. :) I look forward to each new Colts season, as it brings back so many memories that are so indescribable, words do them no justice.   I marched 5 years with the Colts and it was an experience I will never forget. I'm now in the U.S. Army and have been since 2003. Being overseas I don't exactly get to see a lot of drum corps, so I at least get on line every once in a while to keep up with how things are going. I'm glad to the colts are still doing well. Good luck to you in the future and I hope to get a chance to see a show sometime when I'm home.
