  I am currently living in AZ. I am actually getting used to the heat and I am sad to say I find it chilly at only 40. Mom is happy to have me close and I am happy as well. I am teaching an 8th grade research writing class that I wrote the curriculum for. I also wrote the curriculum for the 6th grade class with a reading focus. I can not say I love where I live and work but I do love my jobs and the kids. If I have to go back to the standard language arts then I am moving East. We will see where life leads me.

  I only was able to march one year with the colts, but what a great time I had. Ilived with the Boyces-Doug and Liz Lineen(came to the corps with some others from Marshalltown). Now living in Colorado--very happily married and have 4 beautiful girls! Hoping they can catch the drum corps bug when they get older! Does anyone else get the "urge" to yell KOA when you drive by the infamous campgrounds? (and then try to explain to your spouse and young children...exactly what it meant?) Thanks to Jim Mason and the rest of the corps for giving me the opportunity to march and have one of the best summers of my young life!!

  Living in Marion, IA with the proverbial wife and two kids. I liked the corps schedule of working weekends and having off all week so much that I found a job that matched.

  I am currently live outside Boulder, Co., working as a software engineer. I also drift into another world at the smell of diesel fumes, and also have dreams, or nightmares, from marching days.

  Still in the UK, now married to Julie (May ’04) and counting the days until my retirement (31 yrs, 11 months and 12 days). Thanks to everyone who made my years with The Colts so special and to all the people who have kept in touch. The Colts remain a huge part of my life and I will always treasure the memories I have, and the lessons I learned from my time with this great organisation. To all of the Colts family, past, present and future, I wish you well.

  After finally graduating form U of A I am now working in the Music Retail industry selling brass and percussion instruments. I also help out local HS bands with marching and visual stuff in my spare time. I am also currently engaged to my beautiful wife-to-be, Rachel. I hope to see ya all soon. I miss you guys so much. You really are my second family. Especially my best friend ever, Billy!
